not into arm wrestling. i introduced my son to the "Over the Top" movie and he has been watching it constantly and we were browsing some youtube videos and i found this one i thought was pretty cool.

as for exercise and competitive sports I really like jiu jitsu, i've been doing that for almost two years now about 2-3x a week. works your cardio, technique, strength, flexibility and its fairly safe/injury free and more of a social atmosphere then your usual gym workout. also fun surviving or beating bigger & stronger people. occasionally get to roll/spar with former collegiate wrestlers, a former iowa football lineman (scott pospisil) is a regular member, former and current mma fighters. its a blast
