1997 honda accord h22a

I bought this car a few months back thinking that I would swap out the h22a and put it into a civic hatchback but I ran into a few problems with the evo, transmission work, so its been sitting in my driveway ever since. It came with a bad auto transmission, I have a trans sitting here but I dont want to do the work. It does startup and drive to about 50mph and I believe it doesnt want to shift into 3rd

Im asking $1200 w/o auto trans or $1500 with it
