Which IC or CR shop does work at a reasonable price? Just need a couple custom flanges milled. Even plama cut might work. Pretty simple flange, a hobbyist with a manual mill could do it.

I can cut it on a high def plasma table if you want.

I also have access to a laser and plasma table.

I want to make a block off plate for a turbo. Allowing you to remove the turbo center section and run your car NA but not change your exhaust routing. This allows someone to break in a new motor without risking running any metal running through the turbo. Or if a turbo fails or burns oil and you don't have money to fix it you could just run the block off plate. the patterns are similar among brands and t3/t4. I need one for myself to break in my motor . But i could try to see if more sell.

Anyone ever seen such a thing for sale? these 4 turbines all share a similar pattern that one style block off plate would work.

Would you still have the compressor housing as a part of the intake plumbing?

no, that would make the flange too complicated
