MMR has some questionable feedback lately. I was gonna buy a motor from them last year, but was strongly advised not to.

I would stay very clear of them...there shop cars are bad ass though..batwood if your looking for a builder I can steer you in the right direction...

Depends on what you get from MMR. Their shortblocks are typically decent (although you gotta be careful when you order shit, were you expecting ARP2000 rod bolts?), I wouldn't order their heads or anything else from them though. Not to mention their customer service and communications sucks nuts.

You are exactly right Aaron, I remember being quite pissed ordering 4-5k in parts from them and could never get a straight answer from them when it would ship. Glad I worked for a commercial company and had it shipped there, because one day it arrived at random.
