whats new group. Im getting back into the street car and drag racing after years of dirt track. So working on finishing up my street toys and was wondering how the grudge racing sceen is around iowa. i got a friend on east coast and its a big time thing there. ive been away from the street sceen for awile "red 82GT with black hood if anyone remembers it" and wonder if there is any action around these parts anymore.

sold her few years ago she ran a 10.63@123mph crushed a few fbodys witht that old girl lol. but ill scroung for some old pics. current project is a 98 v6er i had for a run about and hit a deer with it so said poop on it and put one of my big inch windsors in it. but as of know just looking for a 8.8 for it and a front bumper supports,headlights, hood. always had fun in ames doing the petty cash street stuff.

Saving the 6.0 for the nova project. My fords stay ford powered. But a 4 cam 5.4L sounds fun if they didnt bring such a premium. I have 2V 5.4 i thought about droping in with the msd mod 6 controller and a cheap turbo kit.

2v 5.4 still kick some decent ass for what they are. It should have been the base engine for the mustang.

I buy the company vehicles for scrap price when the buy new truck/van and rotate old out. Theres a 2wd 4.8L chevy tryck and a 05 5.4L van getting close to chopping block soon so if ur wanting a 5.4L ill cut ya hell of a deal.
