I heard a proposal years ago to send the Bloods and Crips to Iraq to show those Al-Qaeda boys what REAL violence is all about - Compton being more dangerous than any Green Zone at the time. Maybe we could export some of Chicago's low lifes to Afghanistan to exterminate some of more troublesome terrorists.........

All that would do is terrorize the Afghan Civilians and create even more terrorists.
