sparkles

I picked up a 1980 Ski Doo Citation 4500E from a member on here, and I'm just tired of messing with this sled and just want it gone so I can buy a newer one that doesn't need anything like I wanted to do in the first place. If anyone here is wanting a cheap sled that runs and wants to put some time into fixing some little things, let me know.

I checked the basics and it had no spark. I pulled the motor out and cleaned and reset the points. Pulled the carb completely apart and cleaned thoroughly in an ultrasonic cleaner. Checked compression and was within 3psi between cylinders. Also, pulled the oil injection off and went premix. After a new battery, lots of cleaning, and a few other things, the motor was back in and running.
There's just too much other little things that aren't really worth my time to take care off to make this sled ridable.
primer: Took apart and cleaned, sandblasted, but lets fuel get sucked in by the carb still. Bad seal, ball bearing?
carb: Yeah, it's clean, but I have no idea how to adjust it correctly. Seems like it's running rich and loading up.
track: I don't know what a good one vs bad looks like, but it's definitely not new
seat: It's garbage
throttle cable: See above description of seat
brake: Seems like it works, but who knows.
ignition switch: It works, but you have to turn it to the off position before you can crank again. Weird.
Good things though:
New battery
Motor starts reliably
Electric start works great
No rust holes in the tub. Needs a new paint job, but it lookes worse than it is.
Hood isn't completely destroyed. I think there's just one 2-3" crack around one of the hinges
Windshield isn't broken
Belt is good
Clutches work fine
Chain case isn't cracked or leaking
Still have all the oil injection parts as well as air cleaner
Looking for $250
