WTB ls1 (not ls6) style steam vent tube

Looking for a old all one piece steam vent. It's the part that sits about the valley cover. Looking for cheap/free ones laying around, etc.

I can fab up something to work with what I have, but would rather have the simplicity of the stock old tube. Seems like everyone else I know has thrown them in the garbage. I should have said all 4 ports :)
