I will head out to the garage and check. I think there were no calipers attached, at least to the fronts.

There's this thing called the parts store. You should check it out.

Tried 3. They don't stock any old Rx7 parts because there are no longer any running rotaries left on the road

I got one from Drew. But I think its junk. The piston movement is very stiff. I have an 88 turbo ii. Passenger rear

It sucks that it may be no good. Hopefully a good one can be found somewhat local.

Can you buy a rebuild kit for it?

So your old brakes work with the new rear end?

yea my 8.8 has an adapter plate to run rx7 brakes, i did that so i wouldn't have to buy new brakes or modify the e-brake. wish i would've went to ford brakes. nobody has rotors or calipers in stock and rebuilt only and aftermarket lightweight options are probably non-existent

i'm trying to fix a brake moan issue on the passenger side. might just be my caliper but if i would've just stuck with standard ford setup, might not have this issue

Well thats slick they have that braket availible.
Bummer the brakes are hard to come by. What do all the other RX7 folks do for brakes if they are getting hard to find?
Would it be easier to buy new brakets and swap to a different set up?

the brakes are not that really that hard to come by. i just wanted to drive my car this weekend, looks like the last of the warm weather. new oem, finding locally or aftermarket drag versions are not plentiful like mustang, but re-manufactured stuff online is readily available
