Had my bike professionally tuned today, I wasnt really impressed with the WHP figures but numbers mean little.
104whp, 40lb ft torque. 81 degrees, 14% humidity. The torque is up there for an R6.
Had it tuned by Jeremy at Metro Harley Suzuki right here in CR. Hes an experienced tuner, and in his experience, was impressed with the power my bike put down. I honestly was expecting to see more. Leaving not to thrilled with the numbers I decided to hit some open road and see how it felt.
First thing I notice is power comes on sooner, harder and the front end is much lighter under power. Looking at the tach its moving a lot faster too.
I play around more mostly short shifting, no need for the upper RPM just want to feel the power change.
Get home and remember that whole dyno session only ran me $160.
