Okay so i need headlights for my mustang and im getting ready to put together a big order of stuff for my dart and i want to get the headlights along with. Problem is that i really want one piece lights but i feel like they all look ricey for a lack of better words. Now to me my car is aggresive enough looking to pull off some konda euro lights but i just cant decide!! What do you guys think?

I never thought the one piece lights looked right on the foxes. It may just be that all the examples I saw were made by cheap companies, I am sure with the right one it would look great. Care to post some pictures of what you are contemplating?

Well its not so much that i want the one piece as it is the fact i hate the little trim ring the 3 peice ones have... The 95 i had i put 3 sets of different brand headlights and hated the all because the trim broke off them. Ill post a few ive looked at but i actually found a 3 piece set with clear lenses and black backs that might look good...

Wait...I thought Mustangs were ricers?
Retrofit some bi-xenons. I did a dual (lows) retrofit and am working on a quad with all OEM chrome reflector bowl housing painted body color. Will have some interesting other features as well (debating demon eyes). It's not horribly difficult and the output is amazing.

No problems with stockers here, they look fine in IMO. Any of the aftermarket ones fill with water, they are JUNK.

I've had stock 50resto.com lights for 9 years, they haven't taken on water once and haven't yellowed.

The problem is Fox chassis stangs have older reflector style headlights which will scatter the light if he went HID. A clear style headlight like the aftermarket makes wouldn't do that.

I have always been a fan of these.

Right. This is why a retrofit is necessary and not just dropping in HID. Here's my old setup:

^^improved the cutoff since the photo
In a nutshell you are removing the halogen/reflector guts and installing bi-xenon projectors. You need to bake your light in the oven and crack it open.
My work in progress on a fully body color quad retro (4 low beams) is below. I am assembling the projectors and will fit them to the reflector bowls next:

I bought clear ones for mine when I originally built it over 10 years ago and they havent yellowed or filled with water. If you put ricer lights on your mustang Im gonna tub out the cobra and put a carburated motor in it!!

Ya those are sweet. They dont have the multi chrome ricer look to them. I like the clear single pieces too. When I first saw them come out years ago I though gross, but after seeing them in person they are a way cleaner look that 6 separate light housings.
