Crazy the amount of power cars push these days like the new GT500, SRT8's, camaro ss oy issue I have with them is the fact they are so damn big and heavy my trans am weighs 3200lbs from the factory as a coupe

Anyways both cars look amazing I love the Datsun I always wanted to build something like that someday. Those old datsun are sexy and never can go wrong with a LS1 T56 swap

It was doing consistent 1.61-1.65 short times. The track wasnt hooking that well at all though.

I need to weigh mine. I think it weighs 2850 after the 5 pt cage install. I just went from a 4.10 gear to 3.55, t56 too.

That 60ft is pretty impressive. I have a 3.73 and still cant leave near as hard as you. Obvioulsy less whp and a 555R effects that, but my high 1.8 60's need to work there way down.

Stick cars almost need a bias tire period. Unless you can take up some of the shock with a clutch slip (and it holds after that) it's had to cut good 60's with with a stick on a DR.
