Wanted: Daily driver car

Sold my last DD to a friend who needed a cheap car so I am in the market for a new DD. Not really picky so long as I can spend $2,000 or less to purchase it. If I were to have some preferences they would be the following:

GM, Ford, or Chrysler brand will consider imports though
Not look like a total pile of garbage
the newer the better

Not picky by any means as I understand cheap and nice don't always go together so let me know what you have. I have cash in hand and I'm willing to make a deal.

Honda CT70. Street legal, bajillion miles to the gallon. You can't go wrong.

'94 Mustang... 3.8L, 5-speed. higher miles but it runs/drives good. newer clutch, newer brakes, all new steering setup, decent tires, interior is all black and in decent shape, exterior is that strawberry red color. dents/dings but nothing "major" pass front fender is the worst.

What orange are we talking? Like the late 70's burnt orange, or the early 70's almost gold-orange? I have the latter in a 4 speed. It's the one I'm always riding around town on DQ runs.

I have a buick lesabre with a 3.8 in it, has some rust, last time I drove it a big bushing came off, it was the bushing for the cradle under one of the cradle bolts.. I've been using it as a driver for years but went with a different car instead of this one since the air broke

looking for 800 bucks out of it, about 144k or so on it... Not a super nice car but with some TLC it would be a awesome driver, interior is all leather and is nice, rides super smooth.

Im seeing if i can help a buddies brother sell his car 98 Firebird V6 with 160,000 miles has aluminum drive shaft and trans am spoiler, good tires, starts runs and drives good. asking 1500.00 ill get pics up and more info if wanted. the car is located in marshalltown iowa. if not sold he will prob send it to the scrap yard.
