New owner took the car down to ws6 store for some dyno time. It's a stock 04' gto 5.7L bottom end, my old cnc 243 heads, yt rockers, 36lb red top injectors, ls6 intake , etc. I ported the tb and oil pump and it's also got a ls7 clutch(aluminum flywheel) and a powerbond ud pulley. Cam is a ed spec ;) 227 230 114 and the car ended up making 450/406 or so at the wheels which rocks with that mild cam. Makes me want the old heads back :( This is a manual car through a ford 8.8 diff and IRS suspension.

It's a rear end swap kit, but not sure who makes it. It's a long story, but we figured out that a apexi dunk exhaust is restrictive as heck (was told this, but how bad could it be right?). The exhaust is 3.25" or so, but the damn muffler is so restrictive it was costing ~40hp/20ft lbs on the dyno which is crazy for a NA car. Car needs a few tweeks and fixes, but might make it to the shootout.

Heads are my old Pete Incaudo cnc 243's that have welded up cnc'd chambers around 58-59cc so the SCR is around 11.5 or so. DCR is 8.5 ish and fuel is pump gas walmart 93 e10. Ran the smaller cam for crisp response with good street manners. I wanted to spec it out and avoid piston to valve problems without flycutting. Cam had lsl intake lobes and lxl exhaust. Still has a stock waterpump, belts, etc. (no ac at the moment).

I was also pretty confused by this. Great numbers for what sounds like a pretty simple set up. Really makes me ponder my vehicle choice.
