well for the last 2 years my DD's have all be rough true beaters with plenty of rust.
Although my recent civic was definitely the worst for looks although mechanically was great.

Finally decided with moving to cedar falls for UNI soon I should get something a bit nicer.
Always wanted one, almost bought one a couple times to do a "build" Just got back from picking this up, pretty happy with it.
Drives super nice. Got around 28-32mpg coming home. Only issues are mostly in the interior. Typical shitty 90's GM interior, going to fix most of it - things like the information readout's dead backlight. Stereo's backlight is also dead, plan to just buy a new headunit. Passenger seat has a spot where stitching is coming loose, and then drivers door panel is a bit rough in a couple spots.

Other then that, was a texas car.. even still on the texas title, not a speck or hint of rust anywhere, rockers are clean as hell.
After I get all the interior issues figured out I may do a 3.4" / supporting mods setup. Then of course I can plan for the unavoidable transmission rebuild haha
121k miles on it.

Wooooooooooo finally more gtps on here! Looks good, does it have the typical shitty tail lights?

they aren't bad but the left one does have a crack in the top which already let damn water in when I washed it.

Looks like a nicer version of my old one. They are cool except they are automatics.

I had my Talon when I was up at UNI. Campus cops are nice, but they did pull me over probably once a month for piddly reasons. Never a ticket, just a hassle.

You know where your living up there yet?

not yet. I'm probably still not going to be there till January since theres 2 more classes I could take at SCC here for way cheaper in fall, and without them I can't start my program at UNI so I'd just be doing the same thing but more expensive. Looking to just rent an apartment with a friend from Burlington who is also going up. definitely need to start trying to finalize something up there.

I drive a 01 GTP. They are good cars, decent on gas milage and sort of quick.

I'd like to get something like a zx6r or 600rr. I'm kind of done with dumping ridiculous amounts of money into cars now that I'm going to be spending much more on school and not living at home.

I have an 01 gsxf can-of-tuna 750cc that's fun but I'm trying to sell right now cause its gotten a bit stale to me. + i have my badass 07 ruckabusa that honestly is more fun, offroading it kicks ass.

out of curiosity anyone ever driven any of the 04+ GTP / SC grand prix?
I love mine but hate the interior and just looking at pics of the 04+ make me wish I could of bought one. Maybe after winter I might look into one unless I decide to mod this at all.

I have driven a few, better supercharger IIRC but more prone to KR. Honestly the newer interiors are hideous. The L32 is a bit pickier with mods than the L67 but either is a decent choice. You seem to go through cars more than I did when I was younger.

Your interior is better and more spacious than my 07 Grand Prix,I have GXP not GTP. I do really like my seats, which are a direct swap to your car, they are black leather with black suede inserts and they don't have the stupid holes in the headreast.
