Need machine shop recommendations

I need to have a spark plug (or what is left of one) removed form the cylinder head of my tractor. I have the head off and have tried every moved I can think of short of drilling and tapping which I don't have the tools for.

Can someone recommend a shop in the Cedar Rapids or surrounding area that can do this please? Would prefer not to have to buy a head as nothing is wrong with this one other then the threaded part of the plug is seized in the head.

Dont Let horn work on a Toyota Bucket style head. They will charge you $1600 dollers Labor to install valves, springs and shim the buckets, because thier head guy took 35hours to do it.....BUULLLSHIT
