I think I'm going to buy a machine to flow match the injectors that I sell. but was curious as to the modifying injectors side of things.

Gotcha, that'd be a nice service you could offer that would help differentiate.
Would you plan on offering the flow matching service on already owned injectors?

I'm planning on flow matching similar, new, unmodified injectors. For example I buy 160 brand new injectors of the same type and they may vary +-4.0% from the manufacturer and group them into sets of 8 that vary by 0.5% .
so to match used injectors doesn't really work unless you want to pay to mix in new injectors or have multiple sets of used injectors to select from.
now depending on how difficult it is to modify the flow, if you can do that than you could match a set of 8 without any additional injectors to select from.

They mill the pintle larger, and if need the feed passage. Not something that is going to be cost effictive for you to do.
