Any of you gun gurus know where would be a good place locally to pick up a stripped Ar lower reciever? Or at least that would do the transfer paperwork (REASONABLY priced) if I had one shipped to them? Starting a new build and playing hell finding one around here...and everyone wants in the $75 range for the transfer..

go to gunbroker.com and use their FFL search to find someone that does transfers from their home, they are usually very inexpensive. Then, go to AIM Surplus and order a lower of your choice, AIM is good people. ;)

Davis Firearns in Fayette only charged me $10 2 yrs ago. That's the best I've ever seen

for the best price I would get on ar15.com or gun broker and just have it shipped that is what I always do and have had good luck.

Gunbroker's prices seem ridiculous most of the times I look.
