I think there is a diesel turbo shop in des moines that does balancing . otherwise ship it to precision turbo in indiana, I get shipments from them in 1 day by fedex

the reason i was asking was i was having problems with my turbo last night coming home but steve and i tore the turbo down today and the thrust bearing was broke and found a chunk of metal that looked like a peice of a washer...
