you better have both size options for rims if your asking for both rim sizes.

I haven't purchased rims yet. I am just seeing what I can find for tires first.

I have some used Kumho 35x12.5x15's on steel 5.5 bolt pattern rims, also have some brand new (still in boxes) Cragar soft 8 steel wheels with 4.5 pattern.

Think they have like 9/32 tread or better

I believe they are 5.5 on 135mm pattern. I don't think 15" would clear my brakes though. Otherwise I'd be all over that.
