OK, I know when to ask for help and I am doing that now. I could take it to a shop and pay to have it done but then I wouldn't learn anything and I am all about learning so I can do shit myself in the future. Anyways...
I have an IRS, subframed vehicle that I am wanting to do a solid axle swap on. I don't want to back half or anything, I want to keep the car as stock looking as possible. I have been reading/looking around and found a few ladder bar, 4-link and 3-link/panhard setups and it LOOKS like it wouldn't be too insane to do but I have little suspension experience. I was wondering if anyone would be bored enough to give me a hand (or rather let me give you a hand) setting it all up?
Got all the tools, heated garage, food, beer, etc... Just don't have the knowledge on this kind of thing. Also if you know of some good links/articles explaining this kind of thing, figuring out link lengths, angles etc... that would be cool, 95% of what I find involves back-halfing and I don't want to do that.
