well since nobody seems to want to post on the weekend, here is a neat car I ran accross


My LS2 swapped rx-7 at St.Thomas Raceway Park Sept 17 2011

100% stock bottom end, not 1 single bolt has been taken out of this shortblock since it was built on the GM assembly line!

CNC 243 heads hand finished by Steve @ SHLODESport assembled by Andrew and Mac @ AWall customs Cottam On Canada. car also has a cam and Fast 102 intake. Nitrous Outlet plate with a progressive 200 pill setup.
self tuned on HPtuners. 8.8 rearend by DTS and TH400 buy Hutch's Transmission London Ontario Canada

2840lbs with driver

i think he said the intercooler came with the car and he just kept it on to throw people off

Yea the nre car is cool. this car with the stock ls2 is amazing how quick you can go on a non-forged motor. who knows how far i could go too on a stock ls1 but i'd rather not risk blowing up the block and throwing that money down the drain.

the fb as well as the nissan 240z or 260z are one of the few other swapped cars I wouldn't mind having, all of which are even a few hundred pounds lighter than mine
