i broke into the 5's without buying money. did it with nitrous and lots of gears. i had all the goodies like, heads, valvetrain, the biggest block, etc. think i had the 5 gears setup. also was only able to hit the 5's twice. mostly low and mid 6's.

I'm running mid-7's right now without buying money. Still working on getting a decent 60 ft.

i have not bought anything and i have bean 5.74 most of the time im runing 6.20 to 6.30. try pushing the brake/space bar 4 times it seems to hold better

i raced kville a couple times. my name is ryans1000 on there. getting bored of it now that i paid the $2 and have infinite amount of money now and every mod. got a turbo setup now, still not much faster though. i think i need to change the gearing.

im running 4.8 rear gear and a 3 speed and running high 5's all the time, if your having an issue pushing through the brake make sure you don't hit the gas until the 3 yellows start going not after you stage, ive never pushed through the brake doing it this way

downloaded the paid version, i hate it and want my money back... there is nothing hard about it except steering down the track.... plus you have unlimited money and set your car up to have 3000+ hp right off the bat

edit: although you can adjust cam lift and duration on the intake and exhaust side... also bore and stroke of the engine
