First off no, it wasnt me...... lol. Ok, so it was about 11:30 and my dog Dixie wanted out. So i got up, went down stairs, turned the outside light on. Now, u must realize that to let my dog out we open the sidedoor, let her out and close the back yard fence behind her. So i open the side door and when she rounded the corner she took off like a bat out of hell!!! i then notice this little fat fucker go behind our shed and Dixie follows, I yell at her to come and it took a second for her to come around the other side of the shed. She came up to the side door and into the house... It was only then that i smelled it. She went right upstairs to my parents room and plop! right into their bed. So me and my rents got her back outside and the house fuckin stinks!!! OMG, ive never smelled a skunk like that. U think when u pass road-kill, its bad... No, this is horrifiying......... lol.

I remember when my wife told me there was a coon out side and I let my dogs loose on it. Turned out it was a skunk. My dogs reactions were hilarious but I did feel really bad for my golden retriever. He got sprayed right in the face.

Poor Sonny.

I dont usually mind the skunk smeel. But when 3 were hit right in a row on 965 and my helmet trapped the smell it was too much to bare.

My dog got it in the face as well..... we kept her out on the front porch for a while so we could figure sumthin out. And her nose was dripping all over the place, and she was tryin to wipe it off on the ground, poor girl..... Anyway, today the house is cleared up, all clothes are washed, and dixie got a "special" bath.

Tomato juice doesn't really work. Just turns dogs red.

Mom called the vet and he gave us a "cocktail" to bath her in. 1qt of Hydrogen Peroxide, 1tbs of dishsoap, and 1/2cup of bakingsoda...... We bathed her in that and let in sit for 10mins before rinsing... Then after the rinse we gave her a regular bath.

on the plus side, she'll prob keep her distance from skunks from now on. silver lining.
