bored... I was just wondering what movies you guys would like to see be remade? Or for that matter, what is your favorite old movie?

Remakes i would like to see would be "The Birds", "Drop Dead Fred" and "The Crow".

My favorite old movie would be "Cool Hand Luke" from 1967. I bet 85% of the people on this forum know a line from that movie, whether they know it is from that movie or not is another story.

what we have here is a failure to communicate! ... and thats all I know about cool hand luke.

Remakes are a hard sell for me, especially if its of a good movie. For example Vanishing point, after seeing it I can't imagine watching the remake. Still yet to see any new pink panther movies either, because how cant it be peter sellers. Idk...

why the hell would you want any movie you actually liked to be remade? remakes are around 1/10 for being better than the original; they usually suck.


that said; i want them to remake "Batman Forever". they really dropped the ball on that one...

The original gone in 60 seconds was better bc of the huge ass chase, the nicolas cage remake was shit.

i like the original gone in 60 seconds because of eleanor. It makes my Mach One seem more important. ;)

A remake i am anticipating a bit is Footloose. No homo....
