More details on the block and the lawsuit. Did the new owner crack it or are you saying it was cracked when you bought it? And what company and how did they steal your money? Curious because I'm bored and maybe slightly buzzed. lol

it was cracked when i sold it i guess. i spent $500 to a company in california for tires. never got my tires.

def wasn't cracked when he bought it. We ran it a couple different times before and after he picked it up. He drove it around a few times too i believe.

How did you come to find out it was cracked? As in, how long did the new owner have it and how did he come to that conclusion?

Hope the lawsuit thing works out for you! Had the same thing happen to me with an airbag suspension kit for the cadillac. Never got my money back as the local police in his area refused to help and the company just straight disappeared over night.

Maybe the new owner took the engine out and completely tore it down and had it thermal dipped and magnafluxed and found a potential crack in the engine. Regardless, if the new person did that and the previous owner didn't know that, its all on the current owners hands. /caseclosed

yeah, i just like to know the situation when it involves something that was mine. Sometimes it is really simple crap, i know (and i told kaleb) that radiator has a pin hole in one of the rows. I was thinking maybe the new owner is newbeeish and seen the pool of antifreeze and just came to that conclusion.

Curtis thought the block in his fox body was craked, ended up being pin holes in the freeze plug by the motor mount. Anyways...

I dont really care what happened to it, it was off my hands. lol yeah should work out, i have contacted their local PD where the company is, my bank, and VISA about the situation. And have solid evidence of the purchase, order dates, order number, price, etc etc. /yourfucked. lol
