Pop's and Allgo went up to give Tri-State another shot during a "POINTS" race prepped track today. Shaking down Allgo on for the first time on the new set up. As usuall the track couldnt handle any kind of nasty power on a 10.5 tire! Other then a few scarry shakedowns i think on a good track this thing is going to be nasty!!

Thats why the clocks where off! well just say 1.3x 60' @ TriState with 3 yr old slicks, new ones going to get orderd and going to Byron in Oct.

Sounded good! Can't wait to see what kind of numbers it puts down next weekend.

Off topic - Ed, if you're interested I've got a set of 28's with about 25 passes on them, new this year. I'd take $100 for them.

how does keeping the clock off work? you just tell the staging guy or what? I might need to do that next year before the shootout. cmart likes to spy

Usually you can tell them in advance, most guys put a N/T in there window.

Bill assured me that on a points race day the track would be much better, so I took off the ET streets, and put on a old set of slicks I had in the shop and gave it another try since i was going with Joe anyway, stil spun some but much better, actually got the suspension working much better, the 60's were pretty decent considering.

I have the good fortune of running up against Eddy B's car back in like 2009 (back when nobody knew who I was.) I know what it ran then on the bottle. I'd have to imagine its a little bit quicker now.

As of now, I want nothing to do with that thing on the hose!

Meh ,was an estimated guess using the stopwatch on my phone...close on that one. Idk, usually have a good quick knack at timing stuff. Maybe I wasn't getting the last light on time or maybe it came in later as you went by. Either way, its bad ass and I like. Just hoping it doesn't take too long to get my other engine back in order. Gotta pay to play.
