$115 is cheap. Did it come with the pipe too or no?
I paid almost $400 for a dual 2.5 set for the Rustang.
I've heard bad things about QTP... and experienced one going bad as well.

doesn't come with a pipe. summit has good return policy so if it goes bad pretty sure I can get another one and return the bad one http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-670150-1/ . seen a few people on ls1tech with them and they were fine but no long term reviews

I had dual QTP's on my TBSS worked great. Never had an issue.

You will not regret installing cutouts. I have a cutout on my SVO for track days and there is a measurable difference in power. It enabled me to run a quieter exhaust so I don't have to deal with droning while cruising on the street.
