Full 3" Aluminum. This is the single muffler version, I am adding to it tonight for the dual muffler version. Just wanted to hear the sound and the look of the single outlet version.

Don't mind the wire hangers, this was a test fit:

What goes on the other side then? I can understant the whole weight thing, but it's not right to have a cutout in teh bumper and have it empty. To each is own I guess.

It will be dual. He didnt have time last night to get it done I think is why its a single exit.

I must have missed the dual part of the post, but I still don't like the angled outlet. Looks to damn JDM for this old man, but I'm sure it flows well and took a few pounds off the back end so thats nice. I'll be interested to see the car built up in the future though.

I would have angled the mufflers underneath the car then made the tips come out streight

Straight 4" single tips out the back don't look right. The bumper cut out is just too big because stock tips are oblong.

It was either quad tips, or angled mufflers. It was way cheaper and a little different for just angled mufflers. I had quad tips on my TBSS, just didn't feel right on a 2.0 Genesis.

Added a few finished pictures and under-car shots of the single exhaust.

I think Trevor and I discussed his exhaust options
For well over a month. He finally set on this and I think it looks great, and performs the best too. Hopefully it
All sounds good too.

Being a old school 4g63 guy I'd rather listen to a boxer 4 any day I hate to say. Only time inline turbo 4's sound good is under full boost IMHO

I was meaning, the modding has begun. In no time it will be difficult to pass it off as stock.... I think you understand me now

I wouldnt doubt that for a second. I price out parts for him left and right while he decides what route hes gonna go with it lol.

which setup is louder?

TbTalon94

Hard to tell for me. The dual muffler SOUNDS louder to me because the muffler is added on my side, but it may be quieter outside the car. I'm not certain.
