This woulda been good competition for the G8 if it hadn't died (yes I realize the G8 IS the Aussie competitor with a poncho badge.)

Lol it looks almost exactly the same. G8 is ballin, and that black edition falcon is too.

Falcon 5.0l sc 449hp and 420 lb ft of torque
G8 gxp 6.2l 415hp and 415 lb ft torque

I didnt see a weight on the Falcon, but I'd assume its not terribly far from the G8's heft. Blower on the G8 and the games over.

Thats sexy. Looks a lot better than a G8 to me but then again I liked the look of the regular Commodore better anyway. The same Pontiac front end is getting really old, much like the crosshair on dodge trucks. I like G8s a lot but they get about a 7 in the looks category; they dont look bad but they dont get me too excited mostly due to the "age."

Looks good in all black. I'll still take a G8 GXP over it....Like I actually get to choose one. lol

It would be sweet with a ecoboost in it also. It would get decent MPG and respond to basic mods well. I think Ford did have a inline 6 that they put in those with turbos also, at least in the past.
