I have been informed that i needed to make a account on here. im pretty well known in des moines area. im in the military and havent been around much at all for this years events. i missed the shoot out, which i really had planned to attend. since im deploying my leave days have been restricted due to a lot of schools and training.

i currently drive my daily with is just a basic mazda 6 v6 no mods what so ever. just a nice daily commuter. i have a built 92 honda prelude. its not fast, just a little quick. click the thumb nails, pictures are to large.

the only time i hit the track this year i ran a 9.7@98mph. that was with some really shitty low profile tires. the slick i have require skinny lug nuts and i didnt purchase them. its now on kdws. hooks pretty good but hasnt seen the track since.

That 98 mph trap speed speaks for itself..

Making some power, that's for sure.

Very nice. I take it you're from the northwestern side of iowa too then? H22? Built? Power figures?

That 8th is hilarious, what was the 60 foot?

He's from Des Moines. This is the car I was talking about that should go against that n20 Prelude. 1/8 mile times are literally spinning though the traps. This is about the only car I've been in that's scared me. Traction issues is a nice way of saying it.

motor isn't forged?

oh yea, the block is dartoon sleeved with a polished and balance crankshaft. the rods and pistons are h22. basically the h23 block was used for more displacement as it is bored out to 2.4l with room for 2.5l if something is to happen i can/may be able to keep the block.
