For dominating at the State weight lifting championships in DesMoines last weekend, There were 4 national records broken , and were also voted into a special catagory, sorry I forgot exactly, but hopefully they will chim in with details. Now hopefully BigHp will grab his Nutz and come racing with his freinds this YEAR...LOL Im still Crew Chief BigHP!!!

Thanks Eddy B, it was the Grand National lifting tourny.. rossie set 4 national and 4 state and I set 4 national and 4 state in are age groups..here is are record deadlifts mine was 547lbs and rossies was 590 I think..

Also rossie won top lifter of the event and got a sweet belt.. I won outstanding lifter in my powersport division also..

I had back surgery in 2007 for a herniated disc that wouldn't go away. Back felt pretty good up until this February I have been battling with pain ever since. This stuff doesn't look fun for me but its great you guys can do it.
