Haven't posted anything in a long time, figured i'd throw this up here.

We were contacted by this fellow who had a Honda manifold that fit well but kept falling apart and he wanted something to replace it but actually hold up. He needed the flanges to be in the exact same spot so the turbo, downpipe, intake, charge pipe, etc. would fit accordingly.

So here's the beginning stages of the manifold on the left...and the old manifold on the right.

And here's the final cap weld pass on one of the runners just to show the quality of weld.

Final manifold next to the old one:

That cheap one looks terrible. Is the wastegate going to be added to this manifold as well?

Yeah that wasn't meant to call ya out, just wanted to give him props since he's not a member on here.

Was down at ATS last Friday when you were there, wanted to say hey but you looked busy with the guy looking at the TBSS.

I dont want more power on my bike. But I want to turbo it anyway. Does that make sense? I think it would be fun to build.

damn, i want one....would it make a difference if you went with bigger piping, like say 1.75"? or would you recommend just sticking with 1.5"?

Definatly stick with 1.5". Some guys even go down to 1.25" to aid spool.
