I am trying to hit up as many events as I can. Usually the DMVR works with my schedule better. NQS also puts on a event in marshalltown every summer. No cones but a small road course.

you'll probably beat any other trucks out there since your truck is about as low as a car. would be embarrassing to have a slower time than a truck

I might have to make it up, I've never done it before and would like to see how the cobra actually handles since I really dont drive it very hard on the street. Is this in the parking lot or is it on the track with some cones set-up? Is there anything I need to join/signup for before hand or just grab a helmet and go?

Not racing bicycles here!! pay to play, thats a drop in the hat compared to a car payment. Im guessing its on the track since there is also a gun show that day.

You have to pay to race bicycles too! Both the Corvette Club and SCCA use the track. you should have seen the TA last year that smashed into the front wall after lossing control in turns 3 & 4 of the small track!! The wall relocated the front end a few inches over and back!!

it was good being out there at supernationals and seeing some familiar faces! i still have that picture in my head and cant understand why the guy that plowed into your brother was still in the gas as hard as he was. Atleast you brother didn't get hurt because he hit the wall pretty hard.

yeah it was defiently brutal to watch!! sucks watching that much work go down the drain for no good reason, he was just getting warmed up too then the season ending wreck happened... were gonna try and get the old faithfull running for the last race at vinton, lots of bent parts including the frame, even broke the transmission case in that wreck
