usually goofy footed riders arent as good at tailwhips as that kid is, especially while spinning. hell yeah.

really, probably an 18"- Hoffman Bikes started that a few years ago as a middle ground for youn kids starting to ride. if i remember right, they bikes could even be switched to 20" wheels later if need be.
