We could have a gathering out there. A guy I work with owns a BBQ joint and said he could hook me up with a good deal and setup his shit out there and have fresh BBQ right off the grill. Not sure if people would be interested. We could do a giant bon-fire, Prairie creek runs right through the land and has a really nice deep swim hole, we have a rope swing setup out there already. Could be one hell of a good time.

The last party we had out there, I think about 40~ cars and 100+ people where there and we still had plenty of room so... should be fine for an IAF thing.

When you pass the gas station in 151 and then take the curve left and go over that small bridge, all of that land and those houses belong to Skye's Grandpa. We are buying on of the houses (all the houses are family owned and occupied) and he is giving us a bunch of land.
