After 18k on the Shinko 003 Stealths, decided to try Dunlop Sportmax Q2. I've had the Q2's for about 2k miles now...very sticky, very responsive, love to lean. Can't wait to get them on the track!

Oh, yeah, and it's not just the picture, that cunt-hair of a chicken strip on the old rear is for real.

18k on one Shinko rear? Sold the Concours few months back, I'm street bike less. Should fire up the KDX tomorrow and play in the snow, might have to take it deer hunting again. I'll have to take Cameron since your not around to miss them with my 357.

2 rear, 1 front, but the left side was very bald.

9k on a rears pretty good, I never got over 7k out of one on the FZ1, but I only used the middle commuting to work. Should have kept that bike or stuck with the KLR650 before it. A KLR and zx9r or 929 would have been a nice combo.
Pick up a pistol for USPSA yet?

Nah, still playing with the .22lr.
I did wear both rears down to cords.

Yeah. Loose license, buncha points, traffic school, etc...
Scraped pegs in a uturn last night, still have chicken strips. These things really stick, would be great on a bike with more cornering clearance.
