Been lookin for a cheap ass CRX HF i dont care if it a piece of junk thats fine, i just want one for the gas mileage and maybe to beat around or put a little money into for fun. i dont know. But if anybody has one or has seen one for sale. let me know

i was going for super cheap junker with good gas mileage. haha like 500 or less. the CRX HF gets 53 hwy and 48 city. i like.

geo metro are turds lol. atleast the crx has some sort of go to it. and doesn't look that bad. im considering this 96 golf that only goes into reserve. just a little tranny work should fix it. and for 50 bucks hell i would take it, if it doesnt have a billion miles

a crx HF has about as much "go" as a geo metro. but great for gas!

Just for a little FYI CRX HF runs 0-60 in 12 sec and the Metro runs it in 15. They are not far off from each other, not exactly tire burners. Shit man, a CRX apparently has a 68 hp four cyl!

CRX HF is so far from meeting safety standards its scary, dont put anyone or anything you give two shits about inside of it. To decrease weight it doesnt have door crash beams. But really it has to be in great running condition to get those mpg figures, and its going to nickel and dime you the whole time due to its age. I wouldnt go for a vw for anything if you want cheap. Find a honda civic dx or standard if you want cheap and good gas mileage. CRX is a desired car, more so than the civic hatch.
