The very premium cars and the harley davidson truck is offered in tuxedo black. Well it is just w offered for a new stang. I might have had tried that at the time when I ordered the 2011.

For the 2008 model year, black is the new black. Ford has created a new, industry-leading pigment named Tuxedo Black that will launch on the all-new Lincoln MKS flagship sedan. This deep metallic, like a set of jewels, isn’t an ordinary metallic that is composed of mica flakes but instead has a new flake derived from glass. Because this glass pigment radiates such a beautiful sparkle, less of this special flake has to be added, providing a black that glistens like never before. Pic of a f 150.

Pretty, but I'll stick with my GM black. Sparkles make it look charcoal.

I'd believe the the flakes reflect a lot of light, but a photoshopped pic to reflect more is kinda stupid.

From what I hear depends on angle and light, no light its black and prob like this pic flash was used.. Just another option, some guys say its super I never have seen it yet being in this town. I wonder what lil glass prisms would do? mystichrome had lil plastic prism's. Idk know how you would make them though.

Alot of new Ford have that color now. I like it really, I love black cars but hate to own them because its hard keeping them clean. That black looks like it'd be a little easier.

Fusion macro shot kinda looks like milky way out in country, where there is no light around and using binoculars.
