Well tonight I found that the bracket holding the front hub actuator pump is broke on my f150 that i use to tow my drift car with so i have no 4wd. So I was wondering if there were any welders in town that can weld cast aluminum? i'm pretty sure Chris Williams can as i had him weld something cast aluminum while i was working at hupp toyota lift, but i hate bothering him with piddly stuff like this lol. It is a ring shape piece that broke off the passanger side front axle housing of a 98 ford f150. I would take the housing off the truck to make it easy on the welder.

Can you give me a picture of what it is? I can weld it for you depending on how thick it is. Aluminum takes a TON of amperage, specially on cast parts.
