Hayes repair manual opinion?

I need a opinion of this hayes manual. As I speak I need to do some repair work and since it's not ford don't want to screw up buying wrong repair manual? I've had a few hayes manuals before. But nothing quite like this.

Another reference page, it is essential to determine the validity of the manual, after all having such a thing in your backyard causes issues w/o rapid repairs with the neighbors. On other hand maybe Jake might fix it....
