if you like your car, shouldn't be hard to switch it to auto. what turbo do you have, looks like it spools fast

It's the stock T25. The problem I'm having is I pretty much need a donor car to do the swap, it'd be far cheaper to trade if I can.

grab a IPT trans. No brains required, have it shift at full pressure haha. Car running stock boost? Your making my 2.5turbo torque curve look bad.

@ImportEvolution
I need the tranny, trans computer, shifter, cables, both front half axels, center differential, transfer case, rear differential, and at least 2 different motor mounts. If the rear end isn't V-LSD like mine is I also need new rear half axels. And I need most all of it to be from one car (same year/differential types).
@Drifte
That dyno sheet is the car 100% bone stock, 141k miles. The only thing I had done is installed a boost gauge and it was showing 12 PSI 'til about 5k then dropping off to 8-10 - so yes, stock boost levels.

damn colton, that t25 makes more torque at 3k and stock boost then your 2.5L. time to get a tune. if i were you i would walk with my head down in shame
absit: does sound like a lot of work. you planning to make a drag car?

No, more of a DD with some Autocross thrown in, I do plan to hit the strip once or twice a season but that's just for benchmarks. What I'm going to do is get a RoadSurge shift box for the auto so I can control it when I want to but have a true automatic when I'm driving to work every day over the '80 bridge in stop and go traffic. My poor clutch..
I ended up finding and buying a 2g AWD auto locally.
