Just kind of seeing if there is interest. I don't really need to sell it but I figure if I can get what I am asking, I will let it go. $350 is what I want for it, I will include one of my cheap old gun cases for free.

As the title states, it's a 1917 Eddystone, .30-06. It has a Bushnell 3x-9x X 40mm (I think it's 40 anyways) scope on a "flip away" mount (see video) so you can still use the rifle sights if needed. It is a GREAT gun! I have taken coyotes at over 500 yards with ease when I had an NC Star Mark III 6-24x50mm scope on it. Shot the head off a goose last week from 250-300 yards with the current scope.

Don't mind the date, I just put new batteries in the camera and didn't feel like setting the date/time.

The video makes it seem like I am putting more effort into it than I actually am. I have flipped the scope probably 10-15 times and it still shoots 1/8" groups as 100+ yards every time.

I have to admit, I wish I had the money for this. This sounds like a really fun gun. If anything, bump.

Yeah, it's a GREAT gun... just like my cars though, I like to try pretty much everything that's out there at least once and right now I have over a dozen rifles alone. then of course, shotguns, hand guns, muzzle loaders etc... I probably have about 30 guns at the moment...

Nice, I actually sold my Saiga at the Hawkeye Downs gun show and bought this gun and my PT145 Pro. Mine was pretty basic, just a stock and 20rd drum. Got a lot of funny looks form the guys when I took it pheasant hunting last year ;)

I would LOVE to have a 20 round drum. I have a 10 round mag, pistol grip, different plug and piston. I want a folding stock though. And I absolutely HATE that short barrel shotguns aren't allowed in iowa.

Sorry for jackin your thread btw.

You didn't jack anything. It's a for sale thread, people see the first post and either want it or don't. A little chatter isn't hurting anything.

If the AR isn't a sporter, and the Dragunov is an actual SVT TIGER, not a knockoff....

Who? Me? I had one of those before I got my Cetme. Basically the same gun, the l1 is just heavier. But I wished I still had it. It was fun carrying it to the gun range using the carry handle. The kids who didn't know what it was always thought it was a light MG for some reason.

If that is directed at me, nothing. I have an Imbel (Brazilian) L1A1 Sporter sitting around I haven't touched in months.

I will have to take pictures of "The fortress" sometime. Me, my stepdad and his dad have all of our guns in his basement. He has an indoor range (only 20 yards) down there and a "safe room". It is pretty badass! He moved here form California and bought a massive house out in the country in Mt. Vernon, him and the stepdad are both vets and have some pretty nice stuff. His dads collection is insured for over a million last I heard.

Damn that 1917 looks to be nicely done. Back in mid 60's my uncle told step dad go to gambles buy a brand new 1917 remington for 75.00 so he did. We put a sported stock on it and later he had a scope mounted. Most the time I shot the ibm m1 carbine, def more fun being semi auto w 5c steel bullets we squirrel hunted. Closest thing I got to that was my old sks norinco. Fun for the $.
