Congrats to Steve'o and Chris 8.80 with Steves car today, Rob went 12.5 with the new stang, Ryan (ImportEvolution) 11.1 with the RX7, I made 1 N/A pass for fun 11.0 @123, then the N20 pass well lets just say FIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh well next year was a Awsome day to be racing 64* sunny, track was hooking good.
Also Trent went a best of 10.04 in the FrankinDart.

Whats the damage report ed? hopefully not much.

I did manage to run a 10.8 @ 133 and a 10.9 @ 133 both 1.8x 60 ft's. Kept messing up the launch trying to load the rear end up screwing with the parking brake. I normally don't use the parking brake, don't think I'll try it again. I think I can get it to launch a 1.6x if I had a couple more tries.

I have a few videos i'll try to post up. anyone know what happened to frankendart after he sprayed the track?

god it sure feels good to finally put a car in the 10's. lots of reading and research and wrenching.

car feels like it has so much more potential too. so many major mods left to do to make it really wake up. for spring I'll probably start by getting rid of the stock cam, add an intercooler, e85 and upgrade my single 3" exhaust to a better flowing setup.

Did not see the 10s passes congrats...damage report, well melted the MAF,and the IAT sensor, melted the K&N it's trash, melted the SLP lid it's trash, thats as far as I got tonight.Really pissed me off todays air was great track hooked awsome, I know it had 9.6s in it. Oh well hopefully everything else is ok, which at this point seems to be.

You spring a fuel leak from the nitrous backfire or what? I have an extra oem 3.5 gm maf thats almost new but you probably are running something aftermarket. I also have the GM IAT's in stock for like $10.

I got a MAF from Fiddy, and had a IAT in the shop, I need a SLP lid, I have a extra K&N, hook me up a deal on a SLP lid. I think I left with the RPMs to low and fuel may have puddled in the intake, not 100% sure. I am going to use the Trans brake from here on out, and if it rips the bumper off so be it...lol

Damn ppl Ed was right ahead of me that n2o run and wholy fk fire shot out tailpipe at least a foot. I was really sorry he had some bad luck as Ed is really good guy. I checked later and he said no big deal and I left. Ryan did good imo. And Trent I don't know exactly, he can say it. White stang did not see but congrats on 8.8 no bs.

Good job guys and sorry to see the problems Ed. Ryan really picked up some time with the new wheel tire combo. He ran the 10.8 and 10.9 on a 1.8 60ft so it should really go with a 1.6 or better. I wish I could have gone and watched as I haven't seen whitey in action for a few years and it's such a clean notchback.

yeah with a 1.49 60ft...its going to blow everyone away next year in the 10.5 races..

I see he waited to the end of the year to get it out. We needed this car this year! Oh well! I hope to see it out in 2011 for the help of the cause! I just wish my junk ran when it was 60* so I could run good #.

Well got the Dart back to the shop and found a freeze plug out. so should be an easy fix and back out to the track next weekend. I am sorry to all the guys that had to wait for track clean up after I sprayed the track with antifreeze. Congrats to everyone who was there and bettered themselves :) I was faster but not quite there.. there is more left, inch by inch..

I would have to say if it runs 8.80's it would hang!!!! My junk did not even run in the 8's this year. Sure It will but only tryed once! So I take all the talk on the bullet is because it does have a aftermarket 4 link and you want to run the class?
