So...I'm trying to switch stuff up. My current workout is doing good for the time being, but I always plateau and I can't seem to push through. I know a few of you guys hit the weights pretty hard and didn't know if you'd be willing to share any of your workouts with me. Right now I'm doing Chest/Back on MW and Arms/Legs TTh and bringing them together for my two hour workout on Saturdays (usually helps get rid of the hang over :]). I'm looking for mass-building exercises now because I've been toning down all summer.
