It's a long shot but I figured I would see if anybody is interested.

Dark Green 94 Eagle Talon TSI AWD Automatic with 125k on it. Tan leather interior (drivers seat is shot however). Its from Florida and has only seen the end of this last winter in Iowa so no rust. The guy I bought it from drove it up here from there and was his daily driver until he lost his license.

The good:
Starts right up
EPROM ECU

The bad:
Transmission is bad, won't engage. Previous owner had a problem with the valve body, my guess is it's that.
Damage to the hood and passenger fender. Hood still latches, just looks bad. (Wilken & Sons has a green hood and fender for $150)
1 Rim is bent

I also have a set of 17" cheapo aftermarket rims with a lot of tread left that I can throw in to fix the rim issue.

Would like $500 without the rims and $700 with but I guess I will take entertaining offers if someone is interested.
Edit: Would also possibly trade for a subwoofer/amp.

How hard is it to change out the transmission??? also how hard is it to find a transmission?? would you be interested in trades?

tranny wouldn't be too hard to change out, but auto trannies are a bit harder to find than the 5speeds for these cars but I really doubt it'd be an issue finding one.

This would be a great buy if you wanted a car to fix and flip or spend $300 to fix it and have a great awd daily driver. <3 stock DSM reliability!

They are indeed hard to find but they are out there, and yes these car's are a blast to drive. Can be addicting =P Luckily this one doesn't drive or I probably wouldn't be selling it. As long as you keep the mods light to none it should be a good daily driver.

As for trades, pretty much only looking for a sub/amp + cash on your end most likely.
