WTB: 10hp or smaller boat motor

as the title says... looking for something in the 7hp-10hp range, NOTHING BIGGER THAN 10hp!!

Trying to stay under $300, let me know if you have or know of anything.

don't have one, but see if you can find an old Honda 4 stroke. Those things run great, are good on gas, and run very quiet.

I am more of a Johnson/Evinrude guy myself. this is actually for my dads boat though, I just sold his 50HP Evinrude that was on it and he wants something 10HP or smaller because that is the biggest you can have at Lake McBride most of the year.

Personally, I am looking for a 50hp+ for my boat but I am not really in a huge rush to find that as my 20hp is doing fine for now.

I have both. Didn't know if either would be of interest. Would probably want too much for the Evinrude, but the Johnson is a 73 or 74. $250 would take it. It's at my grandpas house in DM. You could call him and get it from him if you're interested and wouldn't even have to see me beings how you love me so much :heart: I'm working in Davenport this week and won't be home till Friday if you want pics.

LOL... I have no "hard feelings" against you, I just want to punch you in the face once in a while. I mean, you couldn't possibly be as much of an asshole in person as you are on here. :butthead:

DM is too far though, we found a bunch locally for $200-$300 and even a few boats with motors for like $500~ so I think we are good to go.
