Sct has released software for tuning the 2011 gt, I do not know if it works on a v6 though. Avg gains are around 25 to 30 whp on same dyno w a good tuner. Remember it was running lean as hell? Diablosport is finishing up their software, don't know about sniper. Here's a video from livernois a very reputable shop.
