93 Honda Accord

This car has been my DD to and from work for some time, its been a great car until yesterday. It started stumbling and just straight up died, I really don't plan on spending any money on it anymore. Here is what I have:

93-94 (Can't remember) Honda Accord LX
5-speed
F22 2.2 SOHC engine
Little rusty on the wheel wells
Exhaust has rotted off from the cat back and it is LOUD.
Tires are a tad low on tread.
I was actually getting 32-33 MPG easy.
215,438K on the body.

I think the fuel pump is bad, not 100% sure but its my best guess.

It ain't the fuel pump, I was able to get it running just fine but it keeps attempting to die all the time if you try to drive it.

I guess we were hoping for $750 OBO. Its really been a great car, I just don't have time to figure out the prob.
