Let me know if you have some iron eagles
, patriots, etc. This stock tiny port almost as small as a 5.0 e7 Pistons have flat top w 4 reliefs in piston. So 64 cc be min. Measured converter its a 12" stocker. I want mike to have one fast chevy for once. hi 12's be most excellent.

hey rob a friend of mine has a set of iron eagle 230's that he would be very interested in selling because the last guy backed out on him after a month of bs. they currently have 1.550 springs good to .700 lift with 2.08/1.60 valves. They are also the 64 cc combustion chamber that you are looking for. He is looking to get $450 out of them. if your interested let me know. i would have to say is that if you had the 230's with say .600+ lift cam you would have no troubles meeting that high 12 second goal. i think 11's would be realistic with the 400. with a good set of heads you can never over cam a 400 sbc! what casting number is the 400 you are working on? some blocks are stronger than others when talking about 400's

later,
apples

Sweet Jesus, Josh.. I just saw this it's a 2 bolt 592 something like that and 882 heads that cracked right at the steam holes. Crack goes from steam hole to head bolt, very small right now. Mike dug out some 350 heads same 76cc casting, guess I'll drill those for steam hole. I hate doing that but I and Mike are broke. I will use a transfer punch, center drill bit and a lil smaller hole and relieve steam hole the outer circumference part and hope it does not crack later. Deimos can have this deal sadly...
